Total safety

The presence of single/multiple faults in either electronic or mechanical systems of all C26 PRO models is automatically detected at start-up and during operation.
Special hardware addressing keys identify a data telegram which is highly secure (Hamming distance >= 8).
For all the models the Emergency STOP circuit is TÜV approved under the AK6 (Class 6) of DIN V 19250 (fail safe for of two independent faults) while movement commands meet AK4 of the same norm (fail safe for one fault). The system is also approved under EN954-1 cat.4 and cat.3 for STOP and movement commands respectively.
Radio synthesizers certified to European and other countries radio approval standards are available.

The Low Radio Association was formally established in the UK in 1990 to act as the voice of the power radio industry. Since then membership has expanded rapidly to include companies involved in low power radio in several European countries and beyond...

User friendly

The fail safe C26 PRO series is very sophisticated , yet very easy to use.
For example, if the transmission is often interrupted by radio disturbances the frequency can be changed from the transmitter in just 7 seconds by a selector switch.
The system will automatically select another frequency, avoiding those already being used by other C26 PRO systems when operating in close proximity.

Modularity

All standard joystick and push-button transmitter share the same batteries, keys and other components, and also use same receivers. Surface-Mounted-Technology is used throughout the electronic modules which are fully protected by resin layers and metallic shields, making them extremely robust.
The modular nature of the receiver minimises down-time, reduces spare parts inventory, and simplifies upgrades.
Every transmitter can control AC and DC outputs through a BUS structured modular receiver that is adaptable to many output configurations.

Long life

Autec radio controls are designed to give long, trouble-free service even under harsh conditions.
The joysticks and push-buttons have been tested for milions of operations. The rugged transmitter cases are given a special coating to protect them, and make them easy to keep clean after years of hard  use.

Total "fail-safe" structure

The redundant electronic and mechanical systems correspond to the
European EN954-1 standards and the German DIN V 19250 standards comprising:

  • The EMERGENCY - STOP command is certified according to AK6   EN954-1, DIN V 19250 cat.4

  • Movement commands are certified according to AK4 DIN V 19250, EN954-1 cat.3

  • Self test at start-up and during operation for transmitter and receiver

  • Modular BUS structure of the receiver

  • Frequency Shifting from the portable unit

  • Possibility of data display on the portable unit (loads, distances, weights, alarms, etc.)

  • Settings for proportional units with voltage and current (PWM) outputs

  • Highly resistance plastics for the sealed and shock-resistant housings

  • Choice of different joysticks and actuators for different user requirements

  • Complete customizing of the graphics for every application.
